Gregory Staib
Greg supervises and coordinates the activities of Dublin CPS employees as well as scheduling maintenance and repair efforts for the facilities that Dublin serves. He currently is the primary member of the Dublin staff concerned with conducting property inspections and making recommendations to property owners concerning the results. In addition to his "hands-on" knowledge, Mr. Staib has completed considerable coursework in real estate law and real estate principles and practices, as well as numerous subjects in building services and construction-related disciplines. Gregory
Staib is an owner and Vice President of Operations for Dublin Commercial
Property Services. He has nearly 25 years of
experience as a Master Carpenter and is intimately familiar
with all aspects of project management and implementation.
He has developed restoration and repair plans for many
features of multiple kinds of structures and been responsible
for procuring materials and coordinating manpower for completing
them.
