Mr. McKinney is keenly aware of all aspects of the set-up and on-going maintenance requirements faced by commercial, industrial and residential property managers and their staffs. In addition, Mr. McKinney possesses the technical knowledge and background required to facilitate maintenance and repair projects as well as manage day-to-day business operations tied to multiple facets of property management. James McKinney launched Dublin Commercial Property Services in 2000. The company has enjoyed substantial success since its inception. In 2002, the services of the company were expanded to include a building repair division catering to residential rental units.
